The 2018 Treasure Valley Heart & Stroke Walk is the American Heart Association’s premier event for raising funds to save lives from this country’s No. 1 and No. 5 killers – heart disease and stroke. One in three Americans has some form of cardiovascular disease. About 610,000 people die of heart disease in the United States every year–that’s 1 in every 4 deaths. High blood pressure, high cholesterol, and smoking are key risk factors for heart disease. About half of Americans (47%) have at least one of these three risk factors.
Join our Injury Care EMS team tat Kleiner Park in Meridian for the 2018 Treasure Valley Heart & Stroke Walk, in support of reducing heart disease and stroke.
